Chinese Lattice Design 2

This piece was the result of a summer challenge when I was a member of the Proper Bostonians Quilt Guild. We were given some of these black-on-black and white-on-white fabrics. The rules were to add as many black and white fabrics as we wanted and one red fabric to make a piece. I decided to use only the black and white fabrics we were given to make this miniature; the lattice strips are 1/4" wide. I backed it with a red fabric.
