Lilac Serenity

Lilac Serenity uses the non-distorting chinese lattice piecing method. The background fabric is one of the very expensive Japanese cottons that comes about 16" wide on a roll. This design is too beautiful to cut up in a way that would destroy the design, but my method of non-distorting piecing is a perfect way to showcase this Japanese fabric.
